Nedded in the formation of collagen for bones and connective tissue and helps in calcium abosrption in early stages of bone formation.
Older people needed silicon in larger amounts than the younger.

Sulphur
Part of the chemcial structure for Amino Acids and helps disinfects the blood and resist bacteria. It is found in most body tissue and is needed to synthesis collagen and protects the body from harmful radiation, pollution and slows the aging process.

Can be found in dried beans, cabbage, eggs, fish, garlic, onions and soybeans.
