Food Preparation : Use proper cooking utensils
It is adviced to use only glass and Stainless Steel pots and pans when cooking your food.
Iron materials tend to have a lower heat resistence and are a softer metal and parts of the iron utensil may get to the food is you are not careful enough.
Aluminum could be considered the worse of utensil materials. Although cheap to produce, it has a very low heat resistence and particles of itself would leach itself no the food which large amounts of aluminum have been known to cause diseases like Alzheimers' Disease.
Remember, you are what you eat and imagine what you would look like if you are eating your pots and pans as well!!
