Basic Nutrients : Water

2 of 3 parts of the human body is made out of water and thus water is a essential nutrient that is needed to almost every function in the body. Transportation of nutrients and waste products in and out of cells.

It is also needed to maintain the body at its proper temperature and also for all digestive, absorptive, circulatory and excretory functions.

Recommended intake of water is at 7 to 8 litres daily, spread out within the day. ( Drinking 8 litres one shot will not help! )
