Please note that fats are necessary and our body does NEED fats. It is important to have high density lipids because it helps you to remove the remove away the toxic fats which are known as the low density lipids.

Fats can be found in a wide range of foods, but consuming the right types is important. High density fates are found in green leafy vegetables and low density lipids are found in most fried and oily food stuff.
